Acne Gel - Benzoyl Peroxide Gel

Acne Gel is an effective benzoyl peroxide acne treatment that targets breakouts and acne-causing bacteria. Acne gel helps to clear up all types of acne by lowering inflammation and killing acne-causing bacteria.

We strongly recommend booking a virtual consultation or an in-person facial before purchasing this product to ensure you get the correct strength for your skin. Failure to do so could result in skin sensitivity and irritation. If you haven't used this product before, we recommend purchasing level 1. You must use SPF daily when using this product. This product increases sun sensitivity. This product can interact and cause skin damage when used with other prescription topical medications. Level 1 is adequate for mild to moderate acne, Level 2 is effective for moderate non-inflamed or inflamed cystic acne, and Level 3 is only recommended for severe, inflamed, and cystic acne (30 or more inflamed cystic pimples on the skin at a time).

Active Ingredients: 

Benzoyl Peroxide - Dissolves buildup in the pores, allowing oxygen to penetrate the pores and kill acne-causing bacteria. Level 1 contains 2.8%, level 2 contains 5%, and level 3 contains 10%. 

How to use:

Apply four pumps evenly to the skin every night. Avoid the eye area, lips, and neck. We recommend a timed schedule to help decrease sensitivity and get your skin used to this product. Follow this timed schedule for the first 2 weeks of using this product. Discontinue use or reach out to your skincare professional if excessive dryness, rash, flaking, or itching occurs.

Timed Schedule:

Days 1-3 wear Acne Gel for 15 minutes and remove with cleanser

Days 4-7 wear Acne Gel for 30 minutes and remove with cleanser

Days 8-11 wear Acne Gel for 1 hour and remove with cleanser

Days 12-14 wear Acne Gel for 2 hours and remove with cleanser.

After 2 weeks, wear overnight if no irritation has occurred. Apply moisturizers after use, but avoid dragging moisturizer to the under-eye or neck area when wearing this product. Generally, we recommend nightly use. However, if your skin becomes dry, use Acne Gel 4-5 times a week and consult your skincare provider.
